Peanut & Oat Cookies

Literally one of the easiest recipes for cookies you could find. All you need to do is beat the sugar and softened butter together and then add the other ingredients and squish them together, until everything is properly blended.



Ingredients:

115g butter

130g peanut butter

175g soft brown sugar

70g plain flour (or gluten free flour)

150g oats

1 egg

Half teaspoon ground cinnamon


Divide the mixture into 10 equal balls and then place them in the fridge for around an hour. Be patient, as this stage is really important to prevent them spreading too much in the oven.

After an hour, put the cookie balls on a baking tray and push them down until they are about 1cm thick.

Bake at 180 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes. All ovens are different, so check them after 10 minutes. They are ready when they are lovely and brown.
